Infant Feeding

bf picAs a breastfeeding mum I needed to access support, as a result I decided to trained with a breastfeeding support charity so that I had the basic skills to help others. In 2016 I undertook additional training to ensure I have up-to-date information and skills and am able to better support mothers and am now pleased to say I have completed a foundation level with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (ABM) and I am training to be a Breastfeeding Counsellor.

I offer a one-off workshop on breastfeeding which can be delivered in your own home antenatally. Making sure that you have some of the key tools before your baby is born can really help, so check out these links for support and see if you can find a local breastfeeding group to drop-in to whilst you are pregnant.
